The Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission invites you to participate in and follow the progress of Strategic Master Planning 2010-2020 – Phase II. This phase of planning will bring to life a conceptual proposal for facility and land use designed to meet the recreational needs identified in our strategic phase of planning.
