Saluda Shoals Park 
Saluda Shoals Park exists to provide a premier natural environmentally sensitive riverfront park that will attract visitors to experience the treasures of the Saluda River by offering exceptional educational, recreational and cultural, opportunities. Saluda Shoals Park sets a precedent of quality and innovation in development of the river greenway.
LOCATION
Located along the banks of the beautiful Saluda River, this 300 acre regional park offers the following amenities–
• 11,000-square-foot Environmental Education Center and Exhibit Hall
• 10,000 square-foot state-of-the-art conference facility, the River Center
• ICRC Administration Center
• Paved/unpaved trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding
• River Observation Deck
• Boat Ramp/Canoe/Kayak Launch
• Picnic Shelters
• Fish Cleaning Station
GETTING THERE
From Columbia, take I–26 west toward Spartanburg. Exit Piney Grove Road and turn left. Proceed approximately 1.5 miles to St. Andrews Road. Turn right, then left at the first traffic light. Saluda Shoals Park will be 1.5 miles on your left.
SALUDA SPLASH
Saluda Splash is the perfect destination on hot summer days! It is an interactive zero depth water playground your children are sure to enjoy. Opens April 26, 2008 and closes September 2, 2008. $3.00 wristbands are required and may be purchased at the park entrance.
MEETING FACILITIES
Nature’s peaceful setting at SSP provides the perfect place to host a corporate meeting, wedding reception or family reunion. State-of-the-art conference facilities are available at the River Center and Environmental Education Center. Contact Jason White at 803.213.2026 for details and availability of The River Center. Picnic shelters are available for rental and can accommodate groups as small as 15 and as large as 140. DAILY ADMISSION
Car or mini-van: $4R/$5NR - 12+ passenger van: $6R/$7NR - Bus: $10R/$11NR. Dogs are welcome in the park but must be kept on a leash at all times except when in the Barking Lot Dog Park. Saluda Shoals Park offers several types of annual passes for customers who use the park on a regular basis.
