Groups have the opportunity to organize themselves, generate strategies, test and refine solutions and reflect upon the processes they employed. It requires a combination of group collaborative effort and individual problem solving in an arena that requires action and decision. Under the guidance of our trained facilitators, participants get a new point of view and perspective which helps them realize and appreciate each other’s similarities and differences. Long after the program ends, your team should be able to transfer their challenge course experience back to everyday life.
The program is designed to accommodate all types of people, and emphasizes the “Challenge by Choice” © philosophy, allowing group members to choose their own level of participation. All activities presented are well within the reach of the average non-active person.
