WebTrac
is the system that enables you to register online for programs and activities
offered by the Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission.
Please
Note: Generally,
any household that has signed up for an activity with the Irmo Chapin Recreation
Commission since September 1, 2004, will have an account in our database. If you
are unsure whether you are in our system, please call

At
the Welcome page, click "Continue".
2.
If
you are a registered user (see above note), login in by entering your fist
initial and the first four letters of your last name plus your home phone number
without the area code (no spaces or dashes) Example: jsmit7322222. Then
enter your password (your home telephone number with area code, no spaces or
dashes) and click "Sign In". Example:

To
register for an activity, select the "Shop" option on the left sidebar
and then select "Activity Enrollment."
4.
You
can either enter the 6-digit Activity Number and the 2-digit section number of
the desired activity/program found in the ICRC Activity Guide or select a sort
option for a listing of activities by type or number.
5.
Select
the family member that you wish to enroll from the "Family Member to
Enroll" pull-down box.

Please
tell us how you found out about the class for which you are enrolling by
selecting from the "How did you find out about this class?" box.
7.
After
selecting your activity, click on the "Add to Cart" icon.
8.
Read
the Disclaimer and choose "Yes, I agree."
9.
Read
the Activity Waiver and choose “Yes, I agree.”
10.
Now
the system will display a decision box. Click on "OK" to register for
another activity (Go back to step #4), or click on "Cancel" to proceed
to checkout and step #10.
11.
First,
the system will allow you to review all of your registration selections. If you
are satisfied with your selections, then click on "Proceed to
Checkout."
12.
Enter
your 16-digit credit card number with no spaces or dashes, and then enter your
4-digit expiration date (e.g., 0506 for May, 2006)
13.
Review
your billing information and click on the "GO" button to begin the
payment authorization process.
14.
Next
review the on-screen warning, click the "Continue" button, You MUST
WAIT until your receipt appears before trying to navigate in your browser.
15.
Click
the "OK" button to view a copy of your receipt.
16.
Your
receipt should appear in your browser and you can print (printer icon) and/or
save (disk icon) your receipt for your records.
17.
Once
you have closed your receipt, your transaction is complete and you can select
from 3 options: "Back to our home page", "More Shopping", or
"Finished."

To pay an existing balance, select the "My Account"
option on the left sidebar and then select "Pay Old Balances."

You will see a listing of all of the classes for which you
owe. Just click on the shopping cart icon next to the activity for which you
wish to pay.

Now the system will pop up a decision box. Click on
"OK" to pay for another activity (Go back to step #4), or click on
"Cancel" to proceed to checkout and step #7.
6.
First, the system will allow you to review all of the payment
selections that you have made. If you are satisfied with your selections, then
click on "Proceed to Checkout."
