Gentle Flow Yoga on Mondays at Saluda Shoals with Vicky Saye Henderson
This 75-minute, all-levels gentle flow yoga class mixes mindfulness, breath & movement to help you better prepare the heart and mind for rest.
Led by certified yoga instructor Vicky Saye Henderson, this class is great for encouraging physical strength and stability, inviting calm and relaxation, improving mindfulness, and integrating the body and the mind. These class is suitable for both those new to yoga and those experienced in their practice. Bring/wear movement conducive clothing and a mat, if you have one. Extra mats will be available. All are welcome. Bring a friend!
