This position is responsible for clerical and administrative duties including program tracking, maintaining and updating accurate client information; interacting and communicating with older adults and families; independent thinking, good judgement and excellent computer skills are required.
Qualifications
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have the ability to lift 40 pounds
• Experience in MIcrosoft Office Products, e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
• Ensure Federal and State policies are adhered to for reporting
• Prepare and maintain delivery routes for home delivered meals
• Maintain and update accurate client information
• Prepare and submit intake forms to Central Midlands AAA
• Communicate with social workers regarding services offered to seniors
• Coordinate and schedule transportation for medical appointments
• Assist senior service meal site supervisor as needed for meal preparation and delivery
• Other duties as assigned
Hourly Range: $8.40 - $12.60
Weekly Schedule: 20-25 hours; Mon- Fri, 8:00am - 2:00pm (some flexibility is available)
