Summer is here and it's HOT! Beat the heat with these cool tips! Hydrate Often – Drink plenty of water, even if you’re not thirsty. Skip sugary drinks & alcohol when it's super hot. Stay in the Shade – Avoid direct sun between 10am–4pm. If you are outside, wear a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses. Dress Smart – Light-colored, loose-fitting clothes are your best friends. Chill Down – A quick cool shower or even a damp washcloth on your neck or wrists can do wonders. Know the Signs – Watch for heat exhaustion (dizziness, nausea, heavy sweating). If you feel off, cool down immediately. We want everyone to stay safe and enjoy the sunny days the smart way!
