Medical Transportation services are available through Crooked Creek Park and Seven Oaks Park, providing non-emergency transportation to local healthcare providers.

- Appointments are available Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
- Applications must be submitted prior to scheduling
- Rides should be booked at least one week in advance.
