The Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission (ICRC) is committed to ensuring children in our community have the opportunity to learn, play and enjoy recreational opportunities at our parks. To make programs financially accessible to all, the Commission maintains the Chase Loveless Memorial Scholarship Fund which offers partial and full scholarships to children based on need. This scholarship fund is made possible through donations from businesses and individuals like you. Through donations, ICRC provides the opportunity for you to invest in the health, success and lives of youth in our community.
