Stay in the Shade – Avoid direct sun between 10am–4pm. If you are outside, wear a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses. Dress Smart – Light-colored, loose-fitting clothes are your best friends. Chill Down – A quick cool shower or even a damp washcloth on your neck or wrists can do wonders. Know the Signs – Watch for heat exhaustion (dizziness, nausea, heavy sweating). Last week at Seven Oaks Park, we hosted an exciting PC Building Camp led by the Midlands Gaming Coalition! Campers with a passion for gaming and tech got hands-on experience building their very own fully functional computers from the ground up. Throughout the week, they learned the essentials of hardware, software, and system optimization — skills that could spark future careers in technology. And the best part?
